hamsin @ Вариант с хранилищем актуален, он в разделе "хранилища".

Я бы оставил вариант с хранилищем. На химикаты или алкоголь вполне легитимное хранилище. Незаменимо в плотно застроенных промзонах, где достройка любого стандартного склада потребует сноса кучи соседних зданий.
