If you want to add ship sound, just search in

\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\784150\2009125457\project_585 and remove the corigos

$SOUND_PARAMS sounds/car1.ini
$SOUND_PARAMS sounds/car_truck1.i

codes and replace them with this

$SOUND_PARAMS sounds/ships/ship_small.ini

and this boat is already fixed
