This guide is for anyone who wants to hit the ground with a running start, and make a lot of money which will allow you to do everything else.... here's what I recommend:

1.) Search and find a plot of land.
a.)The number one thing you're looking for is a place where you can build a large farm.
a1.)Flatter land is typically better than hills or mountains, but farms can be built anywhere.
a2.) You'll also want some rocks around to mine
b.)As a basic rule of thumb you'll want to own a 3x3 square
b1.) Plan to put your base in the middle of the middle square with farm around
2.) Hit Rocks and trees and make a stone pickaxe and a stone axe
3.) Gather wood to make a shipping bin and place it next to some rock
4.) Mine the rock and sell everything but iron ore to the shipping bin
a.) Repeat this until you have enough money for an Iron PIckaxe
a1.) Buy an iron pick, (Optional: make enough money for another iron pick and buy it so you have 2 iron picks)
b1.) Buy a repair bench and repair your iron picks as needed
5.) By mining rock you now have a source of income that you can use for other things
6.) Buy an Iron Hoe and make your farm, at least 1k tiles, which means 1k seeds
7.) Buy and Plant Cotton during Winter and Spring and Tobacco in Summer and Fall
8.) Buy and apply ultra soil soak to your farm
HARVEST WHEN READY AND REAP THE PROFITS

Next Steps.... Build rampart walls around your farm for protection
THEN... build a base
Keep expanding your farm. A farm of 5-10k tiles is what you need to target if you want to be a strong group

When you make stations make 2 of the following: Smithies, Smelters, Workbenches, Labs, never less. After I do that i expand with 10 more Smelters and 20 More Labs
If you grow tobacco and cotton, save the legendary quality of both and use Labs to make Legendary Fancy Cigarettes for a +50% profit vs selling them on their own

Tobacco Facts: a 1000 tile/seed field will earn about 35.5k tobacco profits PLUS 4k geode gem profits = 39.5k TOTAL PROFITS PLUS about 17 DE

I can plant 1k tiles in about 8 min and harvest in about the same time.
