FFSExpanded---Expanded weaapons - Avali Arm Fix. Avalis now hold non-Avali weapons (mostly) properly. No more gangster Avalis.

Added arm fixes for Cyclone and Punisher.
Also, while not really an "Arm fix" per-se, I switched around the Primary and Alt fires on the Siegehammer (Primary fire now shoots cannon, Alt fire now shoots grenades, instead of the other way around.) Not only does this feel more natural, this also makes the Seigehammer more NPC-Compatible (so you can give it to crewmembers or guards via Crew Customization +, or NPCSpawner+.)
