Notes

Right click opens/close the inventory.
Right click exits examining an item.
The game crosshair will turn red when you can interact with something.

What I mean when I say:
- Use = Referring to something from your inventory.
- Pickup = You have to left click to take it.
- Inspect 🔍 = Magnifying glass icon to zoom in closer.
- Examine = Open inventory to examine an item at the bottom.
P.S.
To help visually in the ducts, ive included [] in square brackets with arrows showing which way you could go there.

You've entered the house.

Achievement Chancer...
Go upstairs.
Walk forward into door at end of hall.
Click the man's back.
Achievement Brave Brave Fool

Red room

Wake up in the red room.
Achievement Out of the frying pan...

Right wall:
- By the table, pickup the rock.
- Inspect 🔍 the nail in the wall.
- Pickup the Doll 1/9.
- Use the rock on the nail & exit.
Left wall:
- Bottom left, peel the wallpaper.
- Use the nail on the uncovered brick wall.
- Pickup the flat stick & exit.
Use the flat stick on the right side of the door.

Escaped the room.

Right wall:
- Closest to your screen edge, pickup the saw.
- Inspect 🔍 the white freezer smeared with blood.
- Use the saw on the frozen hand.
- Achievement Fella of Limbs
Left wall:
- Inspect 🔍 the bottom shadow of the bench.
- Click the tray to slide it out.
- Pickup the [1]drawer knob & what looks like an [2]oxygen key/wrench.
- Inspect 🔍 the bench top.
- Use the knob on the drawer.
- Open drawer & take pliers.
Inspect 🔍 the back wall (furthest away).
- Inspect 🔍 again at the right lower part of the heating unit.
- Pickup the Doll 2/9.
- Achievement Doll Carrier
- Use the oxygen key/wrench on the right side and exit scene 1x.
- Place the frozen hand on top of the heater.
- Pickup the glove & exit scene.
Inspect 🔍 the workbench on your left again.
Use the glove on the top right to unplug the fan.
Go back to the red room. (It's on your left.)
- Inspect 🔍 the body.
- Use pliers on his hand & take recorder.
- Inspect 🔍 the fan on the left wall.
- Click to get metal rod.
- Exit red room.
Inspect 🔍 the workbench on your left again.
Use the metal rod on the clamp.
Pickup batteries.
Open inventory, put batteries on recorder.
Examine the recorder in Inventory & click on any button to play.
Achievement Listener
Inspect 🔍 the guy in the back left corner of the room.
Achievement Meet The Family

After cutscene the bad guy will come and knock you out.

Red room again

Use the flat stick to exit again.
Inspect 🔍 the guy in the back left corner of the room again.
Use the recorder on him.
Pickup the chain with key in his shirt pocket & exit scene.
Use the key on the door to your right.
Closest to your screen.
Now click to turn the right corner at the end of the hall.
Immediately click the door you just unlocked.
After the cutscene, exit and go around the corner.
Achievement Clever Cookie

Downstairs

Back downstairs.
Go forward, turn around to go up the stairs.
To your right is an open door.
- Inspect 🔍 the ballarina picture on the left wall.
- Achievement Art Lover
- Pickup the Doll 3/9 and back out.
- Inspect 🔍 the dresser.
- Pickup the brush & back out.
- Click the door to open it further.
- Inspect 🔍 the bed.
- Pickup the scissors & back out 2x.
Back in the hall.
Inspect 🔍 the doll on the wall.
Use the scissors on the stitching.
Get a note.
Examine note in inventory.
Walk to the end of the hall into the bathroom.
Click in the sink to get blood covered block.
Click the chain on the side of the toilet.
Pickup half of photo in the toilet bowl.
Achievement Toilet Toucher
Go downstairs.
Go towards the plank wall, aim between the bottom right gap.
Click to pickup glasses.
Using the glasses on the symbols mentioned in the letter unlock the brush.
Examine the brush in inventory.
Flip it over.
Click to change the symbols to + • + x
Then click the oval bump on the handle.
Slides open to reveal a key.
Go upstairs into the bedroom.
Inspect 🔍 the left, small picture on back wall.
Click to move it.
Use the key on the wall safe.
Pickup photo album.
Examine the photo album in your inventory.
Pickup the torn half picture.
Combine the 2 halves in your inventory.
Achievement An Innocent Past
Examine the back to see the date July 12th 1957.
Exit to the hall.
Go forward & click the locked door on your left, before the bathroom.
Click each number to enter 71257.

Book room

In the book room

Go inside.
Click a stack of books.
Achievement Bookworm
Open the tall cabinet.
Click the green sleeve on the left for a key.
Go downstairs and turn around.
Inspect 🔍 the small table by the door.
Use the key on the drawer & click to pickup screwdriver.
Back out 1x & turn around to go back upstairs.
In the book room again close the tall cabinet.
Inspect 🔍 to the Right and Left and use the screwdriver.
On the bottom right you should now have an arrow to slide it over.
Use the glasses on the symbol below the hole.
Click the book that says Elijah and get the answer to a music puzzle.
Go into the hole.
On the left top of your screen sitting on a pipe, Doll 4/9.
Inspect 🔍 the left peep hole & click the woman.
After the cutscene, exit to the bathroom.
Inspect 🔍 the body in the tub.
Click his head.
Achievement Squishy Scott
Take the necklace.
Take the Doll 5/9.
Achievement Doll Collector
Go back to the girl.
Give her the necklace & she gives you a key.
Go back to the bedroom.
Inspect 🔍 dresser.
Use key on the jewelry box & get a red block.
Go back to the book room & into the hole.
At this point there will be a cut scene & you will be blocked in.
After the cutscene go forward & left out the small door.

Crib

What a lovely crib.
On the left, pickup the blue block.
On the right, Inspect 🔍 the box on the floor.
Place all 3 blocks here.

Click the 3 blocks in this order 1 to 13

Achievement Melodist
Pickup the metal rod.
Use it on the attic door in the ceiling.

Attic

Walk forward.
Use recorder on Mom, she gives you her face :)
Click to talk to her again.
Give Mom Brush, Scissors, & Photo Album.
Achievement Mummy's Boy
She gives you the tool to open air vent beside her.

Air vents

Kitchen

Click the grey pile further away, on the right wall.
Take the Doll 8/9.
Achievement Doll Stalker
On your left, click the dishes above the cabinet for a key.
Use key on the floor, trap door.

Basement

Using the glasses on the symbols in each room will show the arrows for the doorways to go through.
Right
Forward

Achievement Enshrined
Click the grate in the ceiling.
Bottom of screen, try to turn around.
Put the skin mask on.
Achievement Face/On
Click on each side of his forehead, each cheek and his nose, then punch an eye 3x.
Put the skin mask on again.
Rinse repeat for the other eye.
Achievement NoW YoU SEE
Check his body twice.
- Once for a key.
- Again for the final Doll 9/9.
Achievement Doll Slave
Use key on grate to escape.
Achievement Survivor

I don't remember much about the game as I played and wrote this in Feb, 2020 but according to my guide searching for 'glasses' I only see this bit in the Book Room.

Use the glasses on the symbol below the hole.
Click the book that says Elijah and get the answer to a music puzzle.

There are some screenshots in the guide, hopefully this helps.
