Black Mesa Full Swedish Translation

The day has finally arrived.
As of the April 26th Xen Museum update, all my translation work is fully implemented into the official release.
This mod serves little purpose anymore, but I want to thank everyone who showed interest and used it this past year.

This mod changes all meny and UI text to Swedish.
(When activated, the mod 'overwrites' the english language files. If you delete this mod it will go back to normal.)

To use this mod you need to create a custom folder for Black Mesa

When that's in order, you then need to access the downloaded file from this mod:

and place it in 'custom'


To do this, open the developer console [~] and type in
[code]cc_lang swedish [/code]

To do this, simply navigate to the sound options, then select 'Svenska' from the scrolling menu and confirm.


The Menu text for options and achievements are missing the letters Å Ä Ö. (Hopefully you can guess what its supposed to say.)
The É also appears as a � in the the optinos and achievements tab.
The Beta 2 release fixed this issue and the letters appear properly in the menus now! :D

Manual saves and Auto-saves are both displayed as; 'Manuell Sparning' (Manual save). This is a bug with the new UI and not this translation. (It will probably get fixed soon with the upcoming update.)
The Beta 2 release fixed this. Manual saves and auto-saves are now titled accurately in the menus.

The weapon keybinding and multiplayer team options display dev_text. (It will probably get fixed soon with the upcoming update.)
Fixed in Beta 3.

The Total Achievement Progress text can't be overwritten due to being hard-coded. (Will be fixed in next update I'm told.)
Achievement-related strings were moved in release 1.0, and this issue is now solved. :-]

There *is* a translated file for the HEV-suit activation sequence. But if its active in the game files when you pick up the suit the game crashes. (The mod displays the normal english bootup text.)
As of Beta 3, custom bootup text displays properly! :D (except the hardware = hårdvara diplays as hardvara - but thats incredibly minor)

As of relase 1.0, the bootup text is now broken... Check the image gallery for comparison. (I've chosen to keep second half of the bootup sequence text activated for new relases.)

The Long Jump Modules UI text; 'Landing Jets' is untranslated. (No associated text in translation files.)
The 'Voice Acting' category in the credits say 'Röstskadespel' instead of 'Röstskådespel'. (Weird how the HEV bootup sequence also used to show an 'a' instead of 'å'.)
