Seriously. With this mod enabled, all new characters and all rescued characters start with FOUR starting skills and these usually have serious flaws. Many start with Vegan, which has -50% [Melee] Damage and -10% Accuracy. Many also start with Hippie, which has -50% Damage and -50 Chop Speed. Moreover, the start skills are mostly predictable.
With this mod disabled, things are much better: All new and rescued characters start with SIX starting skills. Moreover, Vegan and Hippie become rare and start skills are much more random!
