it's a dupe. message me on twitter so you can get the files necessary to open up your dupe tab and deploy the car

it is already "vehicle" in owner name though

Go to pac3 and on the group spawned with the rx-7, the owner name listed in the group must be "vehicle" listes under your rx-7

Wherever you want! Use the dupe tool to see to which dupes you are subscribed to and from that menu, click deploy and left click with your tool gun.
