Description
Finally, you can unleash your army of rats to reak terror upon those who oppose the rat god. Grants the ability to train rats to release at Intermediate difficulty.

this mod here does the thang, so i can continue being lazy by not adding the 0.1 to the mod

If you want the rats to spread disease try the genetic rim mod as paragon rats can be made from normal rat carcasses and are able to spread diseases when they hit things.
