Viktoria is finally back and updated!
It's still just Victoria, you will get her as by a decision as soon as you're entering the civil war as germany.

- includes a new Portrait (which I hope isn't bothering you, since I really dislike the vanilla portrait) #Updated/polished again with 1.11 Update
- it's available in german and english!

Since the 1.11 Update (V4):
- new Ideas with modifiers (cavalry attack/defense, they are underwhelmingly weak anyway, so why not boost them?) and another option with motorized research boost (second option)
- Viktoria is now available for the high command with the cavalry trait!

I don't think I'll update this in the future. I simply dont have the time to look into the new syntax for characters that paradox introduced. Afaik the mod still works in the 1.12, it's just labeled as "outdated" because the mod description I made specified this mod for 1.11.*

i have the old portrait but i download a second mod with the right portrait. Both Mods are working fine.
