Add a new civilization Kancolle Shimakaze



Leader: Shimakaze

Trait: Osouii!!
Add +2 movements and +1 visibility for all units. When your unit is alone(no friendly units are adjancent), his combat strength doubled.

Unique Building: Shimakaze's Gun Factory(replace factory)
Add more production

Unique Unit: Destroyer Shimakaze(replace Destroyer)
Add more armor

@欠我一炮 这确实是一个问题，不过因为代码年代久远了，就算是我做的我也得花时间去重新阅读一遍了，所以目前感觉应该修复不了。

有个bug，读档后，已经获得战斗力翻倍加成的单位会以新的战斗力为基础再次翻倍

I like the mod, I do for real, but the military is retardedly overpowered. When I'm fighting against them I'll have an ironclad destroy my modern battleship or a conscript wipe out my special forces. Completely overpowered.

In new version, I have changed +3 movement for all unit -> +2 ...... hope you can enjoy it!
