The only conflict I know of is that if you have the Shrek tank mod enabled, All Star will play for a couple seconds and then turn into Wii Sports. Terry Crews tank is OK.

No, it's not super loud. Not earrape version or anything. I matched the volume level to the original tank music from the game files so it should be alright.
