Arcadia Hills is soon to be the areas most prestigious residential neighborhood!

With the neighborhood currently undergoing construction, players will each take the role of a contractor who's job is to build as many similar homes in a row as possible by matching colors and patterns. Adding finishing touches like a swimming pool or a nearby park will increase the value of each home and the overall appeal of their street, leading to even more points for the player. After all the cards have been played, the player with the most points will be declared the winner!

Don't feel like you're in a competitive mood? Arcadia Hills is also designed to work as a fun and engaging cooperative game where players work together to reach a total point count. Arcadia Hills boasts a simple to learn ruleset with lighthearted and engaging gameplay with simple, easy to understand art. Fun for all ages!
