Ancient Flavour Mod 1.5 FINAL

Description
This mod changes country names, flags, provinces and regions to be more historic accurate.

Won't add anything in future. Imperator is kinda over for me. It's just boring. :(

COMPATIBILITY
  • Game version 1.5
  • almost every other mod (except mods changing provinces)
  • german and english language
  • NOT IRONMAN COMPATIBLE

CURRENT FEATURES:
  • authentic names for all major and many minor nations
  • new flags for almost every nation (currently 297!, more incoming!) taken from Total War Rome II
  • new names for every region in game
  • more historic accurate provinces and names
  • Sardinia et Corsica as a seperat province (more changes incoming)

In game the Selucid name appears as SEL_DYN and Maurya as MYR_DYN or something like that

I suggest splitting caledonia into caledonia ( modern-day scotland) and hibernia ( modern-day ireland )

yeah you're right on this point. I wanted to keep things mostly greek and latin because these were the dominating languages or more exactly cultures in this time but i will change it.

Well, the carthaginians would have spoken punic, so they would have called it Qart-Hadast, not Carthago.

I know. Well I think the Phoenician name is a little bit outdated in this time of history so I left it with Latin.

Qart-ḥadašt is the proper Phoenician name for carthage, "Carthago" is the Roman term.
