[ACT3] - Vz. Škorpion

I decided to make this gun back in 2019, and it was 90% done when a PC failure caused most of files to be deleted completely. Now it's back in all its glory.

This addon contains Vz. 61 Škorpion machine pistol and set of various attachments, allowing for customization and converting it into Vz. 64, Vz. 65 and Vz. 68, and provides you two new calibers: .380 ACP and 9x19mm Makarov.

Features:
-moving bolt,
-fire selector bodygroup changes alongside with firemodes,
-real gun sound for Vz. 61 and Vz. 64 conversions,
-awful green outline on all icons,
-stocks that change holdtypes and this is pretty much all.

P.S. Thanks for that great new Workshop system that totally sucks ass in terms of third-party uploaders that were making my life easy before, this update sucks ass so much even Crowbar 0.65 didn't help me.
