Teleporting Bow

Description
Adds a spell that will summon a bow that teleports you to wherever its arrows land. If you shoot an NPC, it will teleport you directly behind them, facing them. It does 0 damage, and NPCs will not recognize it as an attack (shoot friendlies as much as you want)

The spell tome is located in The Riverwood Trader, on the mantle above the fireplace.

I love the T-port bow. Great for those times then you are 35984/450 weight and don't want to crawl around...

Not trying to be a Grammar Nazi or anything, but you should probably rename the mod "Teleportation Bow" instead of "Teleporting Bow". Only a suggestion.
