Description
Escape from your jerk brother as Anthy Himemiya from Revolutionary Girl Utena, wearing an altered version of her rose bride dress.
Why the alteration? Because I'm not too fond of how full-length skirts move for these mods, so I've opted for something a little more... shall we say, Classical Magical Girl.

Includes skin, hair, and color scheme.
