Description
Guarantees that you will get the horizon signal event within the first 3 surveys of a black hole, assuming you're not a gestalt consciousness.

Chooses a random player at the start of multiplayer and locks the event to them.

god i so wish this was a vanilla thing, getting the worm achievement is such cancer

Yeah, I realized that I haven't done the horizon signal in a long time and I didn't like how other mods just boosted the chance, this works better in multiplayer since it means there is no reason to rush the black holes to get the signal first
