Description
DIALOGUE PATCH:
https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2655218648

Adds 10-15 recruits to all cities.

All their stats are 1 with minor randomization and they cost a 1000 ct.

Spawns:

-Major factions:
The Holy Nation - Only humans
Shek Kingdom - Mostly shek
United Cities - Mostly humans
Tech Hunters - Mostly humans

-Other factions:
Skeletons - Only skeletons
Kral's Chosen - Mostly shek
Everything else - Mostly humans

The spawn type depends in whom runs the city and the recruits are from the city's faction.

-To do:

-Better recruit dialogue.

The recruits have a placeholder dialogue 'RECRUIT DIALOGUE 1000", how to fix that ?

I've noticed that the color scheme for the recruits stays how it is even after recruting, is this intentional? it isn't much of an issue, just a little nag of mine that some outfits aren't uniformed in my comically large and over prepared army i'm going to send on a crusade
