This doesn't work well for me? It has delay when ADS and Shooting. Takes around 1 second to the gun to respond to my commands

thats a very nice weapon but i think they've changed the recoil a bit
i mean it seemns more agressive now

This isn't a skin, it's a custom weapon that replicates the fire rate, magazine size and bullet velocity of the R99.
