Simple mod that tweaks a number of aspects in the game:

Handicaps:
- Subtler decrease/increase per difficulty level, reducing the advantage/disadvantage per level and bringing all levels closer to “Manager level”.
- All difficulty settings start with 3 claims and 2 shares so that player identities are not given away in a masquerade.
- All difficulty settings receive the same amount of bonus claims per level.
- Easier difficulty levels no longer receive black market advantage.
- Manager difficulty receives a very subtle advantage over the AI and is slightly less likely to be targeted by AI attacks, Executive difficulty is pretty much identical to the old Manager setting.

Game settings:
- Game speed: Normal is somewhat slowed down, Fast is now equal to old normal, Blazing is now equal to old Fast, the rest remains unchanged.
- Multiplayer defaults have been changed to: enable masquerade, disable reveal map, enable game speed change.

Pricing:
- blackmarket and espionage prices have been increased by 50%.
- The eleportation patent chemicals cost is increased to 100 and research time to 1000.
