tiny mod for SFO to remove 4 units restriction from earthblood and invocation of nehek

works with current SFO 2.0 (22.07.2020)

for future reference - the mod is very likely to work even if outdated, the worst problem you could get is tiny bit different stats on affected skills (nehek and earthblood), unless SFO significantly changes it. This time it's like 2 seconds cooldown difference

Oh nice. I made this myself, but lost the file when cleaning the data folder. Good timing.
