Eye flexes don't work right.

i really like the ihvtest version of barney for some reason

For people asking: this Barney model is simply a placeholder for testing purposes (hence why its called IHVTest). Valve made this probably very early in the Half-Life 2 developement to test lightning, shaders and animations. Idk how yall cant understand why this was made super wacky. Valve, back then, were a small team, and what does a small team have better to do than make a funny-looking model for no reason?

Why does barney look like that? I never watched or seen any videos explaining it, and in all the other videos ive watched on it they dont explain why barneys texture looks like that.
