Subscribe to download
Azerbaijan - 77 clubs, 4 league levels (Topaz Premyer Liqası, Birinci Divizionu, Region Liqasi, AFFA Amateur League).

File contains playable realistic leagues:

Topaz Premyer Liqasi
Azeärbaycan Birinci Divizionu
Region Liqasi
AFFA Amateur League

Subscribe and start new game.
Destination folder: Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020\editor data (create if not exist).

I recommend to use the following options at the start of the game:
- Do not use real fixtures
- Add players to playable teams
