Raised Highway With Feeder Road No DLC Required

Description
This is the no-dlc version. The only difference between this and the dlc required version is the feeder road. The dlc required version uses 2 way highway for the feeder road. This version just uses a vanilla 2 lane road. I don't recommend zoning anything along the feeder road though.
