Elevatable Sniper's Tower

Description
This tower has a sniper's nest which can be raised or lowered. There are buttons on the outside of the tower and the inside of the nest that can be used to raise or lower the tower. Alternatively, you can use NUMPAD 4 to raise, and NUMPAD 7 to lower the nest.
