Extended Colonial Range First Settlers

This mod extends colonization range until first colony is created. So bonus is only temporary .

Would you like to have fair chance to compete in new world race with Portugal and Castile? Play as any nation and be first to settle colony in America. Would you like to have colonial nation as Poland, Austria or Ottomans? Now you can reach new world, without a need to conquer provinces to extend your reach. Are you missing others nations colonist? Now France, Holland and England are more likely to show earlier in new world, because they are not blocked by Iberian nations.

Mod adds modifier to each country with colonist or explorers. It extends colonial range by 150%. It works only for first colony. After you start colony or have overseas province or have colony nation, modifier will be removed. It will not be added to colonial nation.

Mod is compatible with other mods, it just a single triggered modifier.
