AA tank

Description
a cheap AA tank. not as powerful as an AA turret, but it can move around!

can target air but not land or sea. can hold off against a few basic air units, but will not stand up against a full-blown air raid on it's own

it should show up now. you can build it in the land factory, without any upgrades needed
