Halo 2 weapons fix V2

This is another fix of Halo 2 weapons by Pillar, fixed by me, once again.

Do not have the older version installed, it will conflict with this.

As well as the fixes included in this https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1756675630 pack, there are some new fixes. You can see the screenshots in that link.

1, The world models are fixed;

2, That view model issue has been fixed now, should not mess up your first person models now.

3, Crosshairs are fixed.

4, The Carbine gun has more kick than it used to.
