BETA USA Regional Pro/Rel with Separate Reserves and U18 Leagues

Description
Attention: This Is a Beta! Bugs are bound to exist! However I'm happy enough with the database to do my own playthrough on it so I decided now would be a good time to release a Beta version. This implies that - Unless this is 100% bug free, there will be another version I'll release in the future.

As an American I find Football here pretty terrible at best. Here's my attempt to make it better in my image.

Beta Features:
-5 tier Pro/Rel with functioning regional lower divisions
-No Domestic Affiliates - Teams like Red Bull 2 have been made extinct while Teams like Bethlehem have just had their senior affiliates canceled. Foreign Affiliations and good Relations still exist. Domestic affiliates can be re-established via the in game mechanics.
-Every Team has a Reserve team and a U18 team that plays in a league parallel to that of the senior team
-Revised US Open Cup to include all the teams
-Added League Cups (one for both the top two leagues, and then one for each of the levels)
-Continental Qualification should still work (I haven't specifically checked that it's still working, but I doubt I broke it)
-Simple and User Friendly Competition Rules because that's how I personally like to play
-Appropriate-ish prize money for all competitions except the ones with the lowest level teams
-Awards

Stuff I Might add in the Future:
-Revised Reserve and Youth Leagues adding the independent Academies in to compete alongside the playable teams youth setups
-A companion database for Canada since I left the Canadian teams out
-Improved Balance

A Quick note on the regional leagues: The names of the leagues won't always match up with the teams in said leagues, but it'll be close. You'll probably see teams from Baltimore in Div3 New England, but You probably won't see a team from california in there. It is not really possible to have hard borders on the regions and have it be perfect. However I admit this version could be improved on so that's one thing I'll be working on for the full release. Also because of the way I set it up, The regional leagues will probably be the most jumbled the first year because I had to place the teams manually, but at the end of the season the database moves them around automatically and it does it quite well I'd say.

Suggestions are welcome but not guaranteed to be implemented.
