This is remade version of rp_downtown_tits. But its pretty much unrecognizable.

I've given it more detail than in original and made it more american. Also i have opened many roofs and made more acces to them. Sadly all of this in price of underground area, beach and some other areas.
Map fits best if your serwer wants to be realistic but also needs good old rp_downtown layout.

Most visible changes are:
-completely new police station with climatic prison in the basement and amazing mayor's office
-small hospital with some rooms for your serwer medic and operating room
-gas station
-sexy roads
-car dealer
-a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ chinatown

Most of models and textures are taken from game "No more room in hell" and some copied brush work can be seen.

Feel free do anything you want with it.I don't care maybe you will make it better.
