After civil war ended on Altis military officials took up the new hobbie of drug manufacturing and distribution. Considering they lost their previous employment and paychecks this seemed their only option. Knowing that the money from this new found venture will feed all of their families, they take the protection of their property very seriously. Find that truck and destroy it, along with any drugs.
