This is a simple mod I made that allows the major chinese nations (China, Communist China, or Menchukuo) to puppet Korea while at war with Japan. If you occupy the Korean states there will be a decision to create a new Korean country, and it will become your puppet.

This should work with any or no dlc, but I've only tested with dlc.
