Introduction
Postal romanization was a system of transliterating Chinese place names developed by the Imperial Post Office of China in the early 1900s. Pinyin place name even did not introduced in the 30s. Kaiserreich dev team for some reason used Postal Romanization in the mainscreen but not in the game.
