Description
Controls a 3 axis rotor system for completely unnecessary swag surrounding a reactor. Will toggle on and off when triggered, always bringing the rotors to a stop in the same position. Has (optional) automatic speed control based on power consumption. Inspired by Kanajashi's lets play series on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUvWRuVnzZA

In response to Kanajashi's lets play series https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AUvWRuVnzZA I already had a rotor positioning function, so I figured I'd pitch in to the cause. :p
This script controls a 3 axis rotor set, assuming there is a reactor in the middle, and is used to bring the rotors to a stop in a fixed position when desired. Also has (optional) automatic speed control based on power consumption (totals all reactors in base).
