UA: Flower of Frost
Luxury resources are doubled in cities settled in Tundra or Snow. Cities settled in Tundra or Snow yield +2 Happiness and +2 Culture.

UU: Frosted Fang (Musketman)
Doubled movement through Snow or Tundra terrain. Earns Culture on kills equal to defeated foe's combat strength.

UB: Gift Exchange (Market)
Cheaper to build, but doesn't provide any gold bonuses and costs 3 GPT to maintain.
+2 Happiness.+2 Food and +1 Culture from Tundra tiles. +3 Food and +2 Culture from Snow tiles.
