UPDATED Build Over Ruins And Villages

Description
Simple Mod to allow building District over Ruins and Minor Faction Villages.



This is an updated version of the original "Build over Ruins and Villages":

This version fixes bugs regarding Magtay villages, as well as Urkan Resource harvesting.

Havent gotten to play multiplayer myself. I think it should work, though. Dont think I need to write any special code for multiplayer.

Hmm.. Yes, it can cause issues like that. I think an alliance would fix that? And, of course, destroying the city works.
It comes up very rarely, though.

Oh, that one. Yeah, hasnt been fixed then. Don't quite know how to fix it myself, either. Anyone's free to pick this up, though. I'll gladly incorporate the fix into my mod.

@MelodyFunction I was just referring to the issue that was discussed at the beginning of these comments, which you acknowledged at the time, whereby it's impossible to move onto ruins and villages, even when they're built on, and this can make countering sieges impossible at times.

You acknowledged it as an issue in previous comments, discussing it with "Not Thanatoast", but I can't see any indication that the issue was overcome/ fixed!

Havent encountered that issue so far. No idea if it got ever fixed in the original - but if so, it is fixed in this version, too.

Was the issue regarding an inability to counter sieges of tiles with a village/ruin on them ever fixed? In the past I used the old version of this mod, but dropped it for that reason, and wondering/hoping that it's no longer a problem.
