Converts the VR map into a flat desert landscape

Features:
Ambient Animal System: Birds, insects, snakes.
Weather and Cloud system. (Sullen Skies)
Environmental Sounds.
Vehicle dust effects.
Character footsteps.

All the above features will carry over into the Virtual Arsenal.

Nevermind i flew around the map and it started working guess some areas it puts you in the air

I like this map alot but when i go to spectate it puts me way up in the air looking down and cant move any fix for this i dont wont to give up on this map
