Unpleasant's Water Pump Mod

Description
Extracts moister from dirt and pumps it through water conduits. Must be built on dirt.

(Tested and Working on v33.6)

It's worth noting that this mod will replace the water pump in game, meaning with this mod active, you can only build water pumps on dirt.
Otherwise this is a great addition to the game

All your mods say "working on V24.3 or v24.4" but we are past V25. Have these been abandoned or still working with current updates?
