I relise that, this is more than likely conflicting with one of my other mods as i have many,
after switching this back to the other it stopped.if you want the list of mods, for your debugging purposes, dont mind passing along. I though ti was strange and tried various things to get the bases to reload, with this version, inclusing loading my backup databases.

your log shows a problem with the database and saved baseparts, this mod doesn't do anything to baseparts or the database in any way, it only contains character model related files which don't have any impact on the datastorage. Pretty safe to say something else went wrong with your database. According to the basepart ID it was a plated column ...
