Description
Removes the decaying HP part of Malus when he is transformed into Tzarkan.
Was a Request.

@TehAsinator Hmm i could do that for the mechanic overhaul that i want to start after my holidays. But if you just want to recruit him as a Lord of Malekith you can use this mod ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1418082981&searchtext=confederation ) its compatible with my tzarkan regeneration and no decaying hp for malus mod and i don`t really want to copy his awesome work.

If you're taking requests for mods, any chance you could make one where our boy Malus starts at Hag Graef instead of on the opposite damn side of the map? Or just the ability to recruit him as Malekith? I love the beautiful edgelord but hate having to manage and sustain forces on opposite corners of the map
