PHLOGISTON CAPTURE

Description
Combustion of fire-based fuels creates phlogiston, a gaseous compound of fire and air. Industries around the world have relied on phlogiston-emitting fuels for centuries, but this reliance came at a cost. The accumulation of phlogiston in the atmosphere has gradually warmed the planet, resulting in the melting of the polar ice caps, worsening of weather-related disasters, and widespread famines due to unstable weather hindering crop growth. Now, alchemists around the world convene to develop solutions to this monumental problem.

Help them out by developing a phlogiston capture-and-storage device.

https://i.imgur.com/sunYEuL.gif 350/18/76 with cycle goal. I feel like I missed something on the programming because my arms seem to hesitate ever 5 cycles. I like the story but the solution seems too simple for what you've written. Still, it was a fun if simple puzzle and hope to see how I may optimize it further.
