Dustin is a Thomas & Friends character who was introduced solely for merchandising, and never appeared in any episodes of the TTTE show. He came around in 2016, and was one of three merchandise-exclusive characters introduced at the time. He was featured in two books (one was called 'Dustin Comes in First'), each of which also included a Wooden Railway toy based on him.

Unfortunately I could not put a face on my Dustin reskin because of the way RL's snowplough model is designed.
