New Race- Bharash

Description
These children of drakes have been cursed and their power depleted. They use the power of their parents to project fire from their hands to destroy their enemies. They are a very sturdy race and they are made for all types of melee fighting, as well as shield use. Some of their perks are:

- Can't be knocked down or pushed
- Regenerates health in combat
- +5 to two-handed, one-handed, light armor, block, and speech
- +10 to Heavy Armor
- 100 starting health
- Power: Dragon Fire spell
- Carrying weight: 325
- Health regen: 2.700

Downsides:

-1.000 magicka regen
- 25 magicka
- 3.000 stamina regen
