Black powder production with More Minerals (addon)

Description
To enjoy natural sulfur ore deposits use 'More Minerals on Water in ME planet': https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1924684185

This linking addon changes the gunpowder production recipes in Peaceman's 'Black Powder Materials' mod https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1932937037. Instead of smashing ores the sulfur powder is now obtained by grinding (stamp mill - ore toolhead) the refined sulfur lumps. These lumps are provided by 'More Minerals' mod - they are obtained by smelting sulfur ore rocks. The final process of gunpowder mixing is performed either in the millstone (small amounts) or in the grist mill (fine millstone).

The addon also provides a custom research quest for gunpowder making, based partially on the gunsmithing quest from Peaceman's 'Matchlock' mod.

The original recipes by Peaceman are disabled. This was necessary to define a meaningful research quest.
