New Race- Eiskrieger

Description
From the septentrional land of Tamriel, these warriors are specialized in heavy fighting, with two-handed weapons and heavy armor specifically. However. these warriors have mastered the icy terrain of their homeland to the point where they can manage casting a few spells. Some perks include:

- 100 health
- 100 stamina
- 350 carrying weight
- +15 to two-handed weapons
- + 15 to heavy weapons
- Special powers that let you use ice powers

Some disadvantages are:

- NO magicka and no magicka regen

tamriel is where every province is, like (im going to name every single main province) morrowind, skyrim, daggerfall, elsweyr, reapers march, auridon, stormhaven, rivenspire, alik'r desert, cyrodiil. thats just a fraction of everything.

Liking the back story but I do sort of agree with Mr. Flippy. Where EXACTLY in Tamriel? Northern Skyrim could be a good: a island where some nords and bretons went to train and they became the Eiskrieger race. Its just a suggestion though: Im not trying to insult you and Im sorry if it came a bit off that way.

You do realize that tamriel is the ENTIRETY of where the elder scrolls takes place? (Daggerfall, Cyrodil, Morrowind, etc,.)
