New Race- Sky Breton

These Bretons have migrated even higher than High Rock to its mountain brother, Sky Rock. These Bretons have pure electricity from the lightning up on the peak of Sky Rock. This electricity gives them special power and disadvantages that normal Bretons don't have. Some perks are:

- +50 to Stamina
- +10 to Destruction
- NEW POWER- Lightning Storm that does 125 points of health damage and 62 points of Magicka, then travels to next enemy
- Magicka regen is 5.000
- Health regen is 1.000
- Stamina regen is 3.000
- Regenerates health in combat
-1.50 acceleration rate
- 1.00 deceleration rate

Some negatives are:

- No bonus to Alchemy
- -5 from Conjuration
- Can't use: 1-handed swords, 2-handed swords, 1-handed maces, 1-handed axes, 2-handed axes, staffs, shields, or torches

KNOWN ISSUE: Skin color does not change, unknown reason. Contact me if you have an answer.
