How to:
1-Open Folder -> ...\Command - Modern Operations\Symbols\StartMenu
2-Move out from folder the original file "GlobeLoop.mp4"(save it somewhere else in case you want to put it back)
3-Unzip and Paste the new file "GlobeLoop.mp4"(that u can download here http://www.bsmclan.altervista.org/GlobeLoop.zip )in a folder ...\Command - Modern
Operations\Symbols\StartMenu
4-Lunch CMO

(take off from setting background music game - persistent clip background music)

This is UNOFFICIAL
it is simply mod a draft video I edit this clips to replace and customize the initial title menu animation.
(I have yet to finish making improvements to immages,logo and clips)

I'm doing different types with different animations..with specific units,specific countries,specific war clips and more.. soon I will publish more.
