To start
Head into the engine room
Simply press the light boiler button and you're good to go

To sink
Features 2 sinking methods

On the left side of the boiler, turn the key 'boiler explsoion'
Sure enough the boiler will blow and begin to flood the engine room
She'll eventually go down stern first.

On the right side of the boiler, turn the key 'dynamic sink'
Crank up the waves and head to sea
After enough stress, a hole will open in the hull
Internal compartments will slow the flood but eventually, water will reach the engine room causing an explosion, sinking the ship

Note
Safest way to get down the ladder on the bridge is to crouch, unless you feel like swimming
