Rio Grande do Sul Map

Map created based on the southerner brazilian state Rio Grande do Sul.
The map represents the whole state, as well a small portion of the Santa Catarina state, Uruguay and Argentina, and a small bit of Paraguay.


*It's recommended to use the "Clean cliffs" mod, by Clonkh, because of the big number of rocks on rivers banks.

Observations:
The map orientation was chosen valorising the land portion, not the water portion. By that reason the map isn't, at first glance, in the form we normally see it.

Unfortunately there are visible terrain lines and they were not smoothed, that because the terrain would start to get too
flat, differentiating from the reality. The terrain is a close approximation to the real one.

Transport Fever have a limitation that it doesn't simulate different heights for water bodies (rivers, lakes...), because of that, the rivers that are located in elevations different from sea level have their bank turned into large cliffs. It's uggly, but I preffered to have it in that way insted of having no river at all. Every water bodie is navegable.
Some land portions between lakes and the sea are underwater. As they're small areas, I let it in that way.

The geographical position of town trys to be the closest to reallity, but there are some deviations. The towns were chosen by "regional relevance" and some handpicked, keeping some considerable space between them, not too small and not too big.
Some town apear side by side. These are borderline towns, that, in real life, are like this. I let it in that way because they give a charm to the map.
